Sales & Service Advisor

 

Job Location:               Ringwood, Hampshire

Job Type:                     Permanent

Salary:                         Up to £30,000 DOE + free parking

Hours:                          37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing company who are currently seeking an experienced Home Insurance Customer Associate to join their dynamic, busy and friendly team based at their office in Ringwood.

 

This company pride themselves on their reputation for high quality customer service, 5* reviews and their ability to provide cover for complex, non-standard home insurance requirements.

 

This is not your typical call centre position, this is a more personable and traditional inbound working environment working within an office of around 30 people. It is an excellent opportunity to work with a friendly company who support their staff with progression, ongoing training, support and insurance qualifications (CII)

 

Within this fast paced and varied position you will play an important part in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience. Day to day duties will include responding to inbound enquiries, assisting with quotations, liaising with customers via telephone, live chat and email to ensure they are receiving the correct level of cover.

 

Key responsibilities within this role will include:

 

  • Providing first class customer service via inbound enquiries (telephone, live chat, email)
  • Ensuring that the correct cover is administered depending on customer requirements
  • Following processes and guidelines (compliance, treating customers fairly)
  • Dealing with complex and bespoke quotations and enquiries
  • Communicating with different departments across the business to ensure customer requirements are met and understood
  • Ensuring databases are kept up to date with correct customer details, communications and progress

 

The successful applicant will possess:

 

  • Previous experience working in home insurance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment without compromising quality of work
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to make an active contribution to a positive, progressive culture within the company
  • Strong work ethic and attitude
  • Eagerness to progress
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Office
