Part time Retail Assistant
Job Location: Poole, Dorset (nr fleetsbridge)
Job Type: Permanent / Part Time
Salary: £12.24 per hour / £244.80 per week
Hours: Approx 20 hours per week, working;
Thursday 8.30am – 17.15pm
Friday 8.30am - 16.15pm
Sunday 9.45am – 16.15pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly Retail Advisor to work with a leading company who design and supply interior products to both the B2C & B2B market.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, you will play an important part in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the shop is kept presentable.
Key responsibilities within this role will include:
- Being dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
- Dealing with customer needs and resolving any issues
- Pricing stock correctly and merchandising in line with Company procedure
- Making customers aware of product promotions and offers
- Assisting with unloading of deliveries and storage of stock
- Operating till, accept payment by cash, credit and debit card, cashing up
- Product Knowledge-Providing detailed information about our products to customers
- Replenishing Stock

- Previous experience working in a customer facing / retail role.
