Parts Coordinator
Job Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £31,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (no weekends)

We are recruiting for a Parts Coordinator to join an established and busy business in Ferndown.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in parts, stock control, logistics or inventory management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities as a Parts Coordinator:
- Identify and source parts for customers and engineers.
- Liaise with suppliers and arrange deliveries.
- Monitor and replenish engineer van stock.
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare repair estimates and provide service updates.
- Support goods-in, packing and dispatch operations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and an organised parts store.
The successful candidate will possess;

- Previous parts, logistics, stock or inventory experience.
- Knowledge of technical/mechanical components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and stock control systems.
