Executive Assistant
Job Location: Poole, Dorset (min of 2 days per week in the office)
Job Type: 6-month contract
Salary: £18.14 - £21.34 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role)
We have just had an excellent position come in for the leading ‘Saving Lives at Seas’ charity based in the centre of Poole for an Executive Assistant to work alongside the COO on a 6-month contract.

Within this role you will be acting as a right-hand person to the COO to support their leadership and management of the department. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the COO’s workload through effective prioritisation of incoming tasks and requests
- Provide a full and proactive e-mail management service, responding to enquiries, delegating e-mails and monitoring follow up in line with customer service standards
- Act as a link between the Director and the leadership teams, ensuring effective 2-way communication and facilitating the resolution of problems.
- Manage the response to all letters, notifications etc received by the Director and leadership teams
- Support the COO’s diary management
- Undertake all travel management
- To become involved in other ad hoc tasks as required.
Applicant requirements:
- Proven experience at an Executive Assistant level
- Experience in managing significant pieces of high-profile work with multiple participants
- Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
- Excellent diary & travel management experience
