Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm & Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm

A leading manufacturing company who are growing year on year are currently recruiting for an Estimator on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole.
The company have been established for over 50 years and supply into a variety of industries including automotive, industrial and aerospace.
As the Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate quotations based on customer requirements, technical drawings, and specifications. Working closely with sales, production, and engineering teams, you will help ensure customer expectations are understood and met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Producing detailed costings and building these into formal quotations
- Issuing, tracking, and following up quotations to support order conversion
- Liaising with internal departments to confirm requirements and manufacturing capability
- Maintaining accurate quotation records and filing systems
- Contacting customers for feedback on outstanding or unsuccessful quotations
For this role you will;
- Be technically minded, with the ability to understand drawings, specifications, and components
- Be confident using spreadsheets and managing data
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be well organised, reliable, and able to work to deadlines
- Communicate clearly and professionally at all levels
