Customer Service Advisor
Location: Poole (Near Tower Park)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm & Friday 7.30am – 1pm

We are working with a locally based, leading manufacturer who currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor who thrive on providing excellent customer service and enjoy working within a vibrant and friendly team environment.
This exciting and varied role will see you assisting with customer enquiries by phone and email, processing orders, providing advice on stock, add-ons and product information and offering suitable alternatives to ensure the best possible customer journey.
This position does not involve any cold calling; it is all inbound customer service calls.
This is a really exciting opportunity to work with a leading company where you will be:
- Communicating courteously with customers by; telephone and email whilst logging all communications on the in-house database
- Providing courtesy calls to customers to ensure they are happy with deliveries and assisting them with any further orders or enquiries
- Providing a positive customer experience ensuring that any stock availability or delivery issues are resolved promptly
- Processing orders, quotations and advising of product promotions
- Keeping customers up to date with their orders, delivery dates, pricing schedules, new product launches etc.
We are looking for our successful applicant to possess:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service role
- A vibrant and friendly telephone manner
- A bright, bubbly, fun and cheerful personality who can work well under their own initiative but also as part of a team
- Be self-motivated, and able to work accurately and have an excellent eye for detail
- Good PC skills: Emails, Word and Excel
